Soil samples are taken from specific locations and depths of the land where a walnut orchard will be established, and these samples are sent to soil analysis laboratories. Based on the analysis results, the amount and type of fertilizer to be given to walnut saplings are calculated, and the deficient minerals are supplied to the saplings through a drip irrigation system at specified intervals.Soil samples taken from 0 to 30 cm depth are placed in a cloth bag, samples taken from 30 to 60 cm depth are placed in another cloth bag, and samples taken from 60 to 90 cm depth are placed in a separate cloth bag. These bags are then sent to the soil analysis laboratory. Please do not use or encourage the use of fertilizer without conducting soil analysis. By having soil analysis done, you can reduce fertilizer usage by 50% annually.
